Enhance window controls with PowerMenu

Freeware application PowerMenu adds enhanced window manipulation options to your right-click menu. Similar to SetAlphaValue, PowerMenu can set the level of transparency for each open application. Additionally, PowerMenu gives you a few more options, like forcing the window to always stay on top, or minimize to the tray. PowerMenu has no formal installation process - they recommend unzipping PowerMenu to a folder in "C:\Program Files" and then adding a shortcut to your Startup folder.
